Another ‘friend’ steals yet another motorbike

This week’s entry saw a woman in Kandal town lured by her friend of five years, who claimed she needed to take her mother to hospital. She didn’t.

Rather, she needed to steal her friend’s scooter and sell it for some quick cash. After several days, our trusting victim put the pieces together and the suspect is now behind bars. KAMPUCHEA THMEY
