5 stars for Raffles

PHNOM Penh’s Raffles Le Royal Hotel received a five-star rating by Tourism Minister Thong Khon last week. Some 33 hotels have received rating classifications so far, with eight granted five-star status, and the remainder classified as three- or four-star hotels. There are 453 hotels with 23,349 rooms nationwide.
