VEDA Advantage confirmed that it had won a global tender to open a credit bureau in Cambodia yesterday, according to the New Zealand Herald newspaper. Veda will take a 49 percent stake in the venture with the Association of Banks in Cambodia, and is expected to launch as soon as July, according to Cambodian banking officials last week.
