THE suspected ringleader of a drug smuggling operation was questioned at a provincial court on Tuesday following his arrest in Banteay Meanchey province’s Poipet town. Hum Pheak, 26, alias “Trein”, was arrested at a guesthouse in the border town following a court order, said Thiem Pheakdey, chief of the drug research office at Banteay Meanchey military police headquarters.
