An to ban all cow and buffalo imports from Cambodia. Vietnamese state media said
many Vietnamese cattle in the province have been infected with the disease by cattle
imported from Cambodia. The ban is also on dung from the animals, which is sold to
Vietnamese rubber plantations as compost.
