Siem Reap’s Rosy Guest House has begun participating in a skills exchange, which involves United Kingdom-based hotelier Steve Lowy lending a hand at the establishment. “It’s a pilot skills exchange,” said Rosy co-owner Rachel Bank yesterday, adding Lowy was helping in areas such as revamping the website and assisting with accounting practices.
