Japanese govt to support elections

The Japanese government has met Cambodia’s request for funds to run the National Assembly election this year with $3 million, the Embassy of Japan said in a statement on February 20. The grant will help pay for the election process, including ballots, electronic communication systems, educational materials and transportation.
