American financial institution Merrill Lynch is expected to invest in Cambodia, local

media reported. Ping Tan, director of the Asia-Pacific region for Merrill Lynch,

told Cambodian Deputy Prime Minster Sok An that the company plans to invest in the

development of small and medium enterprises (SME). Tan said he would send experts

to study potential SME and enterprise structure management.
