Phnom Penh's only legal gambling center, the Malaysian-owned Naga Casino, has been
given permission by Hong Kong authorities to list its business on their stock market.
This follows several failed attempts to list in the Malaysian and Singapore markets.
After the company begins offering shares to the public in September its Cambodian
operation will receive about $70 million for expansion, a Cambodian daily newspaper
reported.
