MINISTERS of Agriculture and Forestry from the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), China, Japan and Korea kicked off a weeklong summit in Phnom Penh yesterday to discuss how to ensure ASEAN was a highly competitive economic region worldwide and the free movement of agricultural goods, services and investment. The meeting will run until October 26 at the InterContinental hotel.
