Phnom Penh Water Supply Authority (PPWSA) reported total revenue of $14.7 million during the second quarter of the year, a 15.5 percent increase from the same period in 2016.

A financial statement of the capital’s listed water utility showed net profit reached $790,236 during the three months from April through June, plummeting from about $3 million during the same period in 2016 on higher finance costs.
