STERLING Project Management has received financing in the form of a loan from  ABA Bank, according to a statement yesterday. Sterling’s businesses include prefabricated housing, and project and construction management services. Sterling managing director Thomas Sterling said the credit facility would be important for the firm’s  working-capital requirements. Cambodian Investment Management acted as an arranger and financial adviser for the loan.
