Hob Engchoug wants to improve Cambodian sign language and use.
Import and value-added taxes will be waived from July 14 on Cambodian raw agricultural
products for Vietnamese enterprises in provinces bordering Cambodia, the Thanh Nien
Daily has reported.
Vietnam's Ministry of Finance agreed to waive the taxes, provided the products were
used for manufacturing in Vietnam.
