US telecom firm to dial into Cambodia

A US telecom firm is in the final stages of negotiation with the government to purchase the rights to frequencies. 3P Networks said it’s near acquiring a substantial frequency spectrum that will allow it to introduce more economical telecommunications to Cambodia, adding that it hopes to expand into Laos and Vietnam. The company offers TV and internet services.
