Cart rationale carries no weight with attackers

Agricultural disputes can get a little dirty, as one victim in Pailin town learned on Tuesday. Police say the man was axed in the back of the head by three others who were angry with him for not letting them borrow an ox-cart.

Apparently, the man’s rationale that he himself had borrowed the ox-cart, and therefore did not have the authority to lend said ox-cart, did not truck with the attackers. They were arrested and sent to court. The victim’s injuries were serious, but he survived. DEUM AMPIL
