Cleaver pulled in a not-so-neighbourly fight

Two people were arrested on Tuesday for allegedly hacking a teacher in Kandal province’s Kien Svay district, police said.

According to authorities, the 33-year-old teacher drunkenly cursed at a neighbour. The man responded with a cleaver while three relatives helped knock the inebriated target down.

Two of the alleged assailants were arrested while the others escaped. The teacher was admitted to the hospital. KOH SANTEPHEAP
