Eagle eye saves the day for bamboozled victim

Kampong Chhnang town police arrested a 36-year-old moto thief on Tuesday after a friend of the bike’s original owner spotted it in an entirely different province from where it was stolen.

Police said that the victim’s moto had been stolen in Kampot a few days prior and she had lost hope that it would ever be found.

But, as luck would have it, a friend of hers who knew the licence plate number was driving through Kampong Chhnang province when he spotted it and contacted police. KAMPUCHEA THMEY
