Cambodia’s most outstanding real estate developers were honoured at the second annual PropertyGuru Cambodia Property Awards with an evening of celebrating, dining and networking with more than 300 guests at the Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra on March 24. More than 30 projects located across Phnom Penh, Siem Reap and Sihanoukville took part in this year’s competition. A total of 17 awards were presented. The Special Recognition in Green Development went to MTP Invest, which is developing the Siem Reap-based residential project PhumBarang, a double winner this year. The event was attended by His Excellency Chea Sophara, Minister of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction, who applauded the successes of the Cambodian property sector in his keynote address.
