On December 6, the Embassy of Japan held the reception of the Birthday of His Majesty the Emperor of Japan at Ambassador’s residence. This event is to celebrate the upcoming birthday of His Majesty the Emperor of Japan, who turns 84 years old on the 23rd of this month as well as to celebrate the progress of the relationship between Japan and Cambodia in various aspects.
