Demonstrators gathered by the Royal Palace, in Phnom Penh, yesterday afternoon to mark the five-year anniversary of the slaying of environmental activist Chut Wutty. After praying, activists watched a live streaming of “I Am Chut Wutty” on their phones and tablets.
