Phnom Penh Commercial Bank names new president and declares $36 million capital increase

Phnom Penh Commercial Bank (PPCB) announced its new president, Chang Moo Shin, and declared that it one of the first bank to meet the new requirements of the NBC for registered capital with an increase of $36 million in paid-up capital.
