Porsche Asia Pacific and Precision Cars (Cambodia) Ltd, the official importer and distributor of Porsche in Cambodia, invited journalists from different countries to join the Porsche Drive Adventure 2016 in Siem Reap province on May 3-7. The event was endorsed by the Ministry of Tourism. The off-road adventure consisted of a three-day top secret mission into the mystical ancient temples of Angkor and nearby Siem Reap to find the hidden Porsche treasure. Each group were provided with a Porsche Cayenne or Macan to drive from Sofitel Angkor Phokeethra to Banteay Ampil temple then drive off-road through the forest, up hills and down. Then, the groups embarked on a challenge to make a fire by themselves before having lunch at Ampil Temple. After that, they drove to Ta Prohm Temple to find a secret treasure hidden in the temple complex. The group that completed the mission got a prize from Porsche – not a Porsche.
