June 4 saw the official celebration of the ninetieth birthday of the current British Monarch, Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. To celebrate the life and times of the Commonwealth’s longest reigning monarch, commonwealth member nations in Cambodia invited guests to join them for an afternoon garden party at Raffles Hotel Le Grand.
