I. Position: Human Resource Officer
Location: Human Resource Department, Phnom Penh
General Description:
To ensure the implementation of excellent Human Resource Management (HRM) practices as provided through the Human Resource Department ( HR Dept.) including being the HR administration service provider and business partner to the senior managers. The position will facilitate the recruitment, staff development, staff well-being, staff performance management, and staff retention of the right people to serve in our ministry

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration
2. At least 3 years broad Human Resource experience and Experience in workforce planning
3. Strong experience in administration and coordination
4. English proficiency both written and speaking
5. Computer literate; Microsoft Word and Excel.

II. Position: Project Coordinator for PMTCT
Location:
1. Takeo Province “for Preykabas Health Operational District (OD)”
2. Phnom Penh “South Health Operational District (OD)”
General Description:
To assist project manager in planning, budgeting, implementations, monitoring, and evaluation of Prevention Mother To Children Transmission (PMTCT) program integration into government Maternal Child Health, HIV/AIDS services and to ensure quality of PMTCT program through coordination and collaboration with government health stakeholder especially National Maternal Child Health Centre (NMCHC), Nation Centre for HIV/AIDS, Dermatology and STD (NCHADS) and HIV/AIDS authorities in all level.

Requirements:
1. Medical Doctor, Medical Assistant, or master of public health degree
2. Secondary nurse or midwife associated with master public health degree
3. HIV & AIDS prevention, care, and treatment especially PMTCT program
4. Nutrition-related experience especially for mother and child
5. At least three years experience in HIV/AIDS and Mother and child health; training experience preferred.

III. Position: Recruitment Specialist
Unit: Human Resource Department
Location: Phnom Penh
General Description:
This position is created to support the entire Human Resource team in ensuring that World Vision Cambodia is able to recruit competent and ministry focused staff in a timely manner. This person will be responsible for the entire human resourcing needs pipeline of WVC, from workforce planning, sourcing, recruitment strategies, partnerships, recruitment processes including managing and monitoring the quality of recruitment that is used by the P&C team and managers.

Requirements:
1. University degree in Human Resource Management or Law.
2. Knowledge of project management, recruitment and Cambodian labor market
3. 5 years experience in Human Resource including two years management role and 2 years recruitment expertise will be an added advantage.
4. Well organized administration experience, effective written and verbal communications skills such as facilitation and presentation including English.
5. Possess computer skills especially Microsoft Office, Excel, Access and internet.

Position: Human Resource Coordinator
Unit: Human Resource Department
Location: Phnom Penh
General Description:
To coordinate and implement staff well being program activities relating to physical, mental health and ensure when a staff person has health problems, they are cared for.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration
2. 1 year Human Resource Services experience especially in benefits area
3. Strong experience in administration and coordination
4. English proficiency both written and speaking
5. Computer literate; Microsoft Word and Excel.
6. Occupational Health and safety including medical knowledge
