CAMBODIAN  Mathematics Generation (CMG) is a non-profit student group – the first in Cambodia devoted to improving mathematics education and encouraging Cambodian students to work  harder to achieve their potential as well as their goals.

CMG’s motto is “Together, we succeed.” It was established by a group of outstanding students: Sang Darareasksmey,  Hok Savanda,  Se Dara,  Lim Leanghour,  Lim Sobunnavath and Eng Sunmeng.

The group is also in contact with university students who are studying abroad in Singapore and China, and teachers from Institute of Technology Cambodia who are in France. Trainees from these countries will come to Cambodia to share their mathematics knowledge. The classes are held only on weekdays.

CMG’s vision is that its members will win medals in national and international mathematics competitions such as National Outstanding Student, APMO (the Asia-Pacific Mathematics Olympiad) and IMO (the International Mathematics Olympiad).

CMG? expects that in the near future, the Ministry of Education will  approve the group as an organisation that has the authority to help to create new maths test.
