Larger apartments are often hard to come by in Phnom Penh; demand is constantly high, and supply remains limited. However, prices for these apartments – especially the serviced options – can be extremely high in the city centre, which has facilitated the migration of families to areas such as Toul Tom Poung, Boeung Trabek and Toul Kork in search of cheaper options.
