I'm in Bangkok at the moment, but there have been several interesting tribunal developments in my absence:

* Corruption allegations leveled against the tribunal were described as "rumours" by a court spokesperson.

* Tuol Sleng is slated for Unesco registration.

* A transgendered Khmer Rouge victim applied to become a civil party at the court, alleging sexual persecution.
