The Co-Prosecutors officially filed their appeal against the indictment of "Comrade Duch" on Friday. It comes five days before the deadline and they have requested the issue be decided on written submissions alone, without a hearing. Hopefully the matter will be settled quickly, so Duch's trial can begin without too long of a delay.

The Co-Prosecutors have argued that the scope of the charges against Duch is too narrow.
