Indiscriminate attackers go after wrong target

An apparent case of mistaken identity left a man hospitalised over the weekend in Kampong Speu. Police said the 25-year-old farmer was attending a wedding Thpong district when he took a break from dancing to go outside and relieve himself.

When he returned, he was confronted by two men, one carrying a sword and the other a wooden stick. Witnesses said they believed the two men attacked him believing he was someone else. Police are now on the hunt for the duo. Koh Santepheap
