Vientiane (Vientiane Times/ANN) - Let’s cheer Miss Grand Laos 2017 for her success so far at the Miss Grand International in Vietnam, in which she is ranked among the top five contestants in the popular vote.
Miss Chinnaly Norasing showcased her beauty and confidence when she introduced herself while walking the red carpet alongside contestants from other countries at the welcoming ceremony of Miss Grand International.
She also showed off her singing talents onstage during the dinner at the welcoming ceremony.
Besides participating in the ceremony held at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Centre last week, Miss Chinnaly also joined other activities organised through the pageant.
She and the other contestants took part in the “Walk 10,000 Footsteps - health for the community” event and visited the War Remnants Museum to have a better understanding of the dangers of war and ways to end conflicts and create peace in the world.
The Facebook page of Miss Grand International has reported on the popular vote for the top 10 contestants and encourages the public to continue voting for their favourite contestant until the final round of the pageant.
Miss Chinnaly Norasing holds the fifth place in the popular vote while the first place is held by the contestant from Indonesia.
The contestant from Venezuela is in second place, the contestant from Philippines is in the third place and the contestant from Malaysia is in the fourth slot.
The sixth place is held by the contestant from Uganda, the seventh place by the contestant from Slovakia, and the eighth place by the contestant from Lithuania.
The contestant from Puerto Rico is ranked ninth and the contestant from the Czech Republic holds the 10 place.
Please keep voting for your favourite contestant until 6:30pm (Vietnam local time) on October 25.
You can vote only through the Miss Grand International app. Download the app, select Big Vote, press Laos and vote in the name of Miss Grand Laos.
You can decide with your vote who earns a spot among the top 10 finalists and gives a speech for the “Stop War and Violence” campaign at the final event on October 25.
