In line with its vision, PSI/Cambodia has evolved into a Cambodian organization, Population Services Khmer (PSK). PSK is an independent, local non-government organization that was registered with the Cambodian Ministry of Interior. PSK’s mission is to improve the health of low-income and vulnerable Cambodians through social marketing in collaboration with the Royal Government of Cambodia. PSK will have an organic and sustained connection with PSI and will benefit from the global network to promote life-saving products, services and communications to help Cambodians lead healthier lives.

We are seeking highly-motivated, result-driven, and innovative talents for the following position:


1. Trade Marketing Manager, Cambodian national only, 1 full-time position
Job Summary:
The Trade Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and managing trade marketing strategies aligned with product brand and category strategies. The goal of this position is to bring strategic and functional leadership for effective trade marketing with PSK’s own distribution operations and also with trade and distribution partners, which distribute PSK products in pharmaceutical and general trade channels. This position is based in Phnom Penh and reports to the Sales and Distribution (S&D) Director.

Desired Qualifications:
. Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, or related fields.
. 5 years experience in managerial level of trade marketing and distributor supervision, preferably in the FMCG sector in Cambodia or Southeast Asian Markets.
. Proven track work record with tangible achievements and ability to promote cross-functional effectiveness.
. Strong analytical, presentation, and training skills required.
. Project and budget management experience.
. Fluent written and spoken Khmer and proficiency in English.

2. National Sales Manager, Cambodian national only, 1 full-time position
Job Summary:
The National Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and managing sales and distribution strategies aligned with product brand and category strategies.The goal of this position is to bring strategic and operational leadership to PSK’s sales and distribution team, which distributes PSK products in pharmaceutical and general trade channels across the country. This position is based in Phnom Penh and reports to the Sales and Distribution (S&D) Director.

. Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, or related fields.
. 5 years experience in managerial level of sales and distribution and distributor supervision, preferably in the FMCG sector in Cambodia or Southeast Asian Markets.
