Job Title: Branch Manager (3 Posts)

Report to: Chief Executive Officer

Location: Memot, Mukompul, Angsnuol

Closing Date: April 25, 2016


Job Responsibilities

► Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales

► Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans

► Meet goals and metrics of all business line (credit, deposit, money transfer, agent banking and others) and branch profit

► Responsible for ensuring the overall achievement of branch sales and service goals

► Monitor time, energy and resources of the team and lead, coach, motivate and engage them to deliver outstanding branch performance

► Ensure portfolio quality is controlled at all times

► Assess, understand local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities; develops and implements a branch expansion strategy

► Ensure and encourage staff member in the branch level meet/exceed customer expectations through best customer service (GOLDEN Rule)

► Monitor and reinforce on agent, ATM and OTC service quality

► Responsible for the overall sales and marketing activities at the branch, including promotional campaigns and new product roll-outs

► Develop and maintain relationships with all relevant community government officials, and local authorities

► Participate in community activities promoting AMK's brand and visibility

► Adhere to high ethical standards, monitors potential risks and comply with all AMK policy, procedure, regulations and applicable laws

► Other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time


Qualification and Experiences

► Bachelor's degree required, preferably in business (banking, finance, accounting, economics or marketing)

► Three years experience in sales and operations in the microfinance industry

► Two years of experience in management and staff supervision

► Prior business development experience required, microfinance or banking industry preferred

► Good personal computer skills including word processing and spreadsheet software applications; working knowledge of MIS for the microfinance industry

► Working proficiency in English

► Availability to work 40 to 50 hours per week, some holidays and weekends
