Job Title : Branchless Banking Quality Assurance manager

Report to : Head of Branchless Banking

Location : Head Office

Closing Date : January 26, 2015

Job Responsibilities:

♦ Business analysis including the performance review

♦ Build tool to monitor transactions for potentially suspicious activities, identify and investigate

♦ Escalate the findings to relevant team and branch for taking action effectively

♦ Conduct agent performance analysis and the coverage of agent network

♦ Provide accurate and timely reporting of performance metrics

♦ Conduct analysis and review on procedure to redefine product offering

♦ Coordinate with all branches to ensure the availability of ATM cash

♦ Review on ATM performance and suitable location for ATM implementation

♦ Work with research team on market research and market intelligence

♦ Participate in product development and system testing

♦ Any required tasks and ad-hoc projects

Qualification and Experiences:

♦ Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative major (i.e. Business, Statistics, Research, Management Information Systems)

♦ At least 3 years related analyst experience including but not limited to academia, financial services, telecom, consulting or information technology industries

♦ Strong problem solving, critical and conceptual thinking abilities

♦ Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities

♦ Ability to translate the data into an understandable document with easily communicating complex ideas

♦ Ability to lead small teams to analyze data and reporting

♦ Ability to work in a fast-paced with the attention to detail
