The Phnom Penh City Center is looking for an experienced, passionate and dynamic individual to join our team in the following roles

1. Business Development Manager
2. Project Manager
3. Site Coordinator

The ideal candidate will be quality obsessive, patient, determined, hard worker, show creativity, and have excellent leadership and communication skills to adapt to a multi-cultural environment.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
1. Business Development Manager
• Identifies trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments.
• Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.
• Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments.
• Develops negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners’ needs and goals.
• Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
• Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

2. Project Manager
• Manage project development from initiation to closure.
• Be accountable for the project results along with project director (PD) or construction manager.
• Work with PD to complete project charter outlining scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timing.
• Complete work breakdown structure to estimate effort required for each task.
• Provide a project schedule to identify when each task will be performed.
• Clearly communicate expectation to team members and Stakeholders.
• Act as mediator between stakeholders and team members.
• Resolve any issues and solve problems throughout project lifecycle.
• Effectively manage project scope by ensuring any changes to scope are documented and approved with project change request forms.
• Determine if external consultants or contractors will be required to complete project plans. If required, recruit and manage appropriate staffing resources.
• Track and report on project milestones and provide status report to PD or construction manager.
• Lead, coach and motivate project team members on a proactive basis.
• Ensure all project documents are safely archived following project completion.

3. Site Coordinator
• Maintains close liaison with other discipline supervisors working in the area, in order to coordinate all classes or work in the area;
• Ensures that contractor activities are carried out in accordance with the approved client/contractor Quality plan;
• Checks that all excavations are executed in accordance with standard practice and that the fill material is not deleterious to the buried objects or foundations and that all necessary permits (where required) have been obtained;
• Ensures that safe working practices relating to civil works are adhered to Standard Safety Practice;
• Monitors daily progress within the area of assignment and keeps records of quantities installed;
• Inspects the quality of work on a day-to-day basis and ensuring that drawing data and specifications are adhered to;
• Updates drawings, specifications etc. to reflect ‘As Built’;
• Closely inspects manpower levels and anticipates requirements, keeping daily records of manpower and events and reports if manpower levels affects program;
• Ensures fully detailed documentation of all activities are raised and completed prior to Handover;
• Checks all setting out and shuttering placement for accuracy and stability;
• Checks all reinforcing placement for spacing conformity and alignment;
• Checks that all Concrete Pour Approval forms, are in accordance with Company’s rules, and are correctly completed (filled in) and,

Qualifications and Experiences
1. Business Development Manager
• Degree in Business/Marketing/ or equivalent. 6 years in similar capacity
• Closing Skills, Motivation for Sales, Prospecting Skills, Sales Planning, Selling to Customer Needs, Territory Management, Market Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Energy Level, Meeting Sales Goals, Professionalism
• Positive and will to learn. Needs to be a team player and has good leadership attitude.
• Bilingual in English. Chinese speaking associates is preferable

2. Project Manager
• Familiarity with project management tools and/or software packages.
• Demonstrated leadership managing people,
• Experience working in a team-oriented collaborative environment,
• Strategic, operational, and technical building and management skills,
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem solving, and analytical skills,
• Ability to elicit cooperation from senior management and other departments.
• Good communication in English Language

3. Site Coordinator
• Experience working in a team-oriented collaborative environment,
• Strategic, operational, and technical building and management skills,
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem solving, and analytical skills
• Good communication in English Language
