CALL for Expression of INTEREST


The Supreme National Economic Council (SNEC), as the coordination body for the SUPPORT TO THE COMMERCIALI-ZATION OF CAMBODIAN RICE PROJECT, has received financing from the French Development Agency, and intends to apply part of the proceeds for the following services:

Technical Assistance to the Rural Development Bank of Cambodia for definition of its strategic plan and implementation of related reforms (Ref: CKH-1077-S-14-04)

The service is foreseen to be implemented over a one year duration, from early 2015 and includes the provision of a permanent resident Technical Assistant to the Rural Development Bank + few additional short term expertise, in order, notably, to contribute to develop RDB strategy and business plan and to accompany structural reforms and development of new financial product.

Expressions of interest have to be submitted to SNEC by December 8, 2014 at 11:30 am (Cambodia local time).
