Westline Education Group (WEG) is committed to being the leading education provider in South East Asia. Today, WEG is managing the business of the Westline School (8 branches), the Northline School, AppleTree International School, and Forest Hill International school providing K-12 education in both Khmer and English by using curriculum of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport (MoEYS) and English Education using international curriculum from preschool to advanced level of General English Program.
WEG has partnered with Cambodian-Laos Development Fund and Luxembourg-based private equity fund managed by Singapore-registered Emerging Markets Investments (EMI). WEG wishes to invite potential experienced development firms and/or developers to handle a project:  
Scope of Development The study will provide the management of WEG with the following information: ♦ Brings varieties of new concepts of interesting, attractive and effective school operation management; ♦ Develops new and attractive standard operation procedures for all units (administration, accounting and finance, academics, human resource and IT management); ♦ Increases the effectiveness of operation, implementation and evaluation; ♦ Heals the current challenges of school operation under WEG; ♦ Develops school management handbook to ensure that schools can run effectively and efficiently;
Requirements ♦ A recognized development firm or developer is required; ♦ At least having an experience in operating SOP and SMH both locally and internationally, and ♦ Good command of the Cambodian education sector and movement is a plus.
Interested developers and/or development firms are requested to submit both technical and financial proposals to Mr. Kong Samneang, Chief Operation Officer of WEG, by outlining proposed methodology, providing the CVs of key team members, highlighted previous project works, with a detailed breakdown of the proposed professional fees, to the below address by Jan 13, 2017 at 5:00pm.
