We would like to invite qualified, experienced, customer-oriented and result oriented candidate to fill the following positions:

ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER

Responsibilities:

• Assists store manager in responsibility for the store

• Consistently creates a welcoming environment for the customer

• Responding to customer inquiries and needs in a timely manner

• Demonstrates desired behaviors for staff including driving sales, handling difficult/complicated sales, cash management and follow up with customers

• Have the ability to assume the responsibilities of the store manager in his/her absence and lead the team with a dynamic, fast pace and opportunistic environment

• Making sure all store policies, procedures, and controls are followed, as well as planning, organizing, and delegating work among staff

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in any field of study

• Min. 5 years retail experience and 2 years in a supervisory or management role

• A dynamic and energetic individual who has the ability to create apositiveand happy environment

• An opportunist approach and a strong desire to achieve goals

• Exceptional people motivation and management skills

• Have a passion for the industry and brand

• English language skill required; additional language beneficial

ACCOUNTANT

Responsibilities:

• Record all accounting transactions in the accounting software

• Ensure that all supporting documents are attached with the receipts and properly classified

• Manage the receipts of income and invoices payment

• Record and follow up the fixed assets

• Record and follow up the inventory of the company products

• Prepare the daily bank balances and monthly bank reconciliations

• Manage the monthly tax declaration for the company

• Prepare the monthly payroll of the company

• Prepare and submit the monthly financial statement/report to the management

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in accounting/finance

• Min. 4 years of experience in accounting, finance or audit industries

• Solid acknowledge in working with accounting software

• Competent in office application such as ms excel. Ms word, email

• Mature and trustworthy

• Can work indecently and as a team

• Hardworking and responsible

• Able to work under pressure

• English language skill required; additional language beneficial

SALES ASSOCIATE

Responsibilities:

• Providing professional, courteous service to the customers

• Providing individual assistance in the provision of information and product presentation, including sales and after sales service

• Handling of telephone and e-mail enquiries, customer complaint

• Accountable for the safekeeping cash in the store

• Balancing cash registers with receipts

• To perform any other duties as assigned by the superiors

• Ensuring the store is clean, well organized, and properly merchandised

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in any field of study

• At least 3 years of retail sales or customer service background

• Take initiative

• Friendly, approachable and willing to learn

• Able to perform rotating shift work

• Able to work under pressure

• Able to work in a team

• English language skill required; additional language beneficial
