The InterContinental Phnom Penh is located in the central business district of Phnom Penh and we now have a range of different opportunities at our hotel.

We’re looking for the following positions to join our team:

• Sales Manager

• Events Sales Manager

Ideally you have at least one (1) year of experience in the same capacity or in a similar role.

You have passion for sales and you love to meet people; you have the ability to lead the sales effort of the hotel to ensure that revenue goals are achieved ;whilst regularly selling hotel rooms, meeting rooms, and food and beverage through direct client contacts.

You are able to work flexible hours and spoken and written proficiency in Khmer and English is a must. Proficiency in both written and spoken third language is a plus (Japanese, Mandarin and Korean)

• Duty Manager

Ideally you have at least one (1) year of experience in the same capacity or in a similar role.

You have the ability to oversee the hotel operations for the day or night shift to ensure guest service standards are met and that hotel assets are secured and protected.

You are able to work flexible hours and spoken and written proficiency in Khmer and English is a must.

• Chef de Partie- Pastry Section

Ideally you have at least one (1) year of experience in the same capacity or in a similar role.

Pastry and culinary knowledge are key requirements for this position. This job requires attention to detail, from preparing recipes to ordering ingredients and supplies as well as  the creation of appealing desserts and the display of foods with a sense of artistry.

You are able to work flexible hours and spoken and written proficiency in Khmer and English is a must.
