Job Title: Channel Manager    

Report to: Branchless Banking & Network Manager    

Location: Head Office

Closing Date: March 09, 2016    

Job Responsibilities

♦ Work closely with assigned Branch Managers/Branch Sales Manager on Branchless banking business line

♦ Contribute in a development of business plan of branchless banking business of assigned branches

♦ Ensure the agent network expansion of each branch

♦ Provide technical support and coaching to branch staff

♦ Ensure good customer service quality provided by agents

♦ Monitor closely and analyze product performance of the assigned branches and its agents

♦ Coordinate with branch staff to solve customer or agent complaints

♦ Assist in marketing campaign of Branchless Banking products & services

♦ Regularly follow up the market and competition environment on non-credit products and services as well as its operational performance at the branch level

♦ Participate in providing feedback on Branch Manager performance appraisal

♦ Involve with any related branchless banking task or projects

Qualification and Experiences:

♦ Bachelor Degree in Sales, Marketing or related field

♦ 2 year experiences in channel management, sales, micro-finance or mobile banking

♦ Willingness and capacity to carry out fieldwork involving significant travel to provinces.

♦ Familiarity and confidence in discussing financial and technologically driven product solutions

♦ Analysis and interpersonal skills.

♦ Be familiar with MS Office especially MS Excel.
