Chief Customer Officer:
♦ Reporting to the CEO and GM of Manulife Cambodia, with responsibilities in leading and managing corporate communications, marketing, branding and the Company customer centricity initiatives with direct reports of 6.
♦ On-going management of the company as a member of Senior Management Team
♦ Assist CEO to put in place a strategic initiatives for Manulife Cambodia
♦ Initiating and driving the implementation of the marketing and customer centric strategy to enable the growth ambition of Manulife Cambodia
♦ Developing, leading and implementing coherent branding strategy
♦ Leading and implementing corporate communications, CSR and PR campaigns of the company
♦ Developing and leading work-site marketing initiatives to accelerate business opportunities to support the volume and value growth of Manulife Cambodia
♦ Developing, leading and working closely with operation team to implement overall customer centricity initiatives of the company
♦ Developing, coaching and supporting a team of marketing and communications professionals
♦ In excess of 10 years of relevant experiences in Branding or Marketing
♦ Has 8-10 years of management experience
♦ Strong preference for candidates with experience in running branding/marketing in the financial services industry.
