Shukaku-inc was established in September 2001 as a real estate development firm. After years of establishment, it received its first major project to develop the 114 hectares Boeung Kak lake situated right in the center of the city.

Now, we are looking for an experienced, passionate and dynamic individual to join our team in the following roles

1. Chief Engineer (3 persons)

2. Design Manager (3 persons

The ideal candidate will be quality obsessive, patient, determined, hard worker, show creativity, and have excellent leadership and communication skills to adapt to a multi-cultural environment.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

1. Chief Engineer

• Responsible for managing the construction design and construction process planning, execution, monitoring and acceptance of deliverable.

• Responsible for the safety, quality, progress and environmental impact of the design and construction works.

• Responsible for technical management to deal with important technology methods.

• Responsible for liaise with various parties, such as other project teams, other contractors, designers, architects, stakeholders to ensure that the projects are well coordinated in terms of technical matters.

• Responsible for assisting BOD to determine a set of technical standards for projects development

2. Design Manager

• Development of design manuals, guidelines, and standard operating procedures;

• Monitoring, management, and supervision of engineers for Traffic, M&E, Civil, Mechanical (MVAC), QS, and Landscape Architecture;

• All design concepts, measurements and monitoring, delivery, and post-delivery activities;

• Conduct design reviews on output;

• Review and create Specifications, select materials for construction;

• Review standard Contracts for consultants and Contractors;

• Provide mentoring to the professional staff;

Qualifications and Experiences

1. Chief Engineer

• At least 5-10 years relevant experience in large-scale building construction projects.

• A recognized Degree in Civil Engineering, qualified professional engineer

• Professional qualification from recognized professional engineer bodies is must have.

2. Design Manager

• At least ten 5-10 years of relevant design development and management experience preferred by working on large scale ($100-200 million +) international projects, or working experience with a developer or architectural company is preferred.
