We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic candidatefor positions of: Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
Job Responsibility • Report to Chairman • Manages directs company operations • Supervises and Monitors company operations • Implement objective goal of the company • Ensure that manager receive accurate, timely and clear instruction. • An effective and motivated management team and its succession planning. • To give direction and leadership toward the achievement of the company’s mission, strategy and it annual goal & objective. • Performance evaluation of the line manager, • Ensures smooth flow of operations and processes of all departments of Bonna Realty Group • Developing new strategies and business for the company, that ensures the company’s growth and progress. • Managing the matters related to administration, finance, technical areas of the company • Acting as a high-level sales person and attracting new clients for the company. • Setting the goals and objectives for the success of the organization • Ensuring that the company is making adequate profitsand making strategies and campaigns for its continuity. • Supervising the process of recruiting, training and retaining of the employees. • Ensure that the standard of a company are maintained and developed. • Reporting the company’s overall performance to the company’s Board of Directors. • Looking after the all the employees and whether or not each department is working perfectly. • Domestic and International Relationship • Establish and enforce policies
Qualifications requirements • A Master degree in Management or relevant • Have at least 5-10 years of experience in Business service • Strong Interpersonal and Organizational Skills • An Age from 35-50 years-old
