SBK Research and Development Co., Ltd (SBK R&D), a professional consulting firm, has been established since 2001 to provide consulting services on M&E, project design and implementation management for both social works and businesses. Currently, SBK R&D is implementing community capacity building project in Tboung Khmum, Kampong Cham, Kampong Thom, Siem Reap and Banteay Meanchey provinces of Cambodia, and we are looking for community development experts to support our project implementation in the selected target provinces.
1- Community Development Experts (2 positions) a. Qualification: At least master degree in business administration, finance and banking, accounting, economic, agricultural development or Community Development. He/she must be proficiency in English in writing, speaking and listening.
b. Experiences: At least five years of experiences in community mobilization, development of guideline, by-law and regulation and training manual to provide capacity building to the community, providing capacity building to strengthening the community capacity, providing financial training and loan management to the community, preparing monthly report, quarterly report, semi-annual report, annual report and completion report in English.
c. Challenging: The interested candidate has to stay full time in the project target province and conduct regular project visit to all target villages based on prepared plan approved by the team leader.
