Comparative Review of the Cambodian legislation and frameworks on land, fisheries and forestry with The Voluntary Guidelines on the Responsible Governance of Tenure of Land, Fisheries and Forests in the Context of National Food Security “VGGT”
The comparative review are purposefully to 1) To assess the extent to which the Cambodian legal frameworks on land, fisheries and forestry are aligned with the VGGT; 2) To identify the areas in which the standards stipulated in the VGGT principles are not currently met, documenting the challenges Cambodia might face in relation to the application of VGGT in the governance of tenure; and 3) To identify practical ways forward which can level up the discussion on the subject among the academia, CSOs, and government agencies as well as advance the implementation of VGGT in Cambodia.

Requirement and qualifications
♦ Post graduate degree in Development Studies or other social science disciplines, Political science, Economic
♦ Natural resource expertise
♦ Experience in food security, land rights and development research
♦ Proven publication record
♦ Solid methodological and research skills
♦ Fluency in English and Khmer
♦ Ability to write clearly and concisely in English
