Job Title: Consultancy to provide technical support and policy guidance for the effective implementation of National Policy for Cambodia Youth Development
Duty Station: UNFPA Phnom Penh
Contract type: Individual Consultant
Deadline: 26 February 2016 (4 PM Local Time)

Objective of assignment:
To provide technical support and policy guidance to Directorate General of Youth Development (DG-YD), Ministry of Education, Youth, and Sports, for the effective implementation of the National Policy on Cambodia Youth Development (NP-CYD).

Requirements:
♦ Advanced degree (PhD level is preferable) in Public Policy and Development or in social sciences, development study or other related fields;
♦ At least five to eight year of-experience with policy/strategy formulation;
♦ Proof of authorship in published papers, research reports and policies or policy briefs related to the subject is required
♦ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Khmer
♦ Availability to work full time throughout the assignment and base at MoEYS.
