SILAKA is looking to recruit a consultant to evaluate a project called "Empower Advancement for Young Women Movement (EAM)". This consultancy is to capture all information and related data as the baseline information to initiate the project activities and to set the targets and the indicators to empower young woman champions in social work and in politics at the sub-national level.


Requirement

The selected consultant(s) must have:

• Demonstrated knowledge of current evaluation theory and practice and have several years of experience in evaluating development projects, preferably with a focus on Gender in politics and social movement, women transformative leadership, and Gender Based Violence.


• A good understanding of the Cambodian context and preferably speak both Khmer and English (alternatively demonstrate how language barriers will be overcome in the data-gathering and analysis processes).
