Rainbow Community Kampuchea (RoCK) is an LGBTQ rights organization who has a vision for Cambodia where Cambodian LGBTQ citizens feel happy to be who they are and live happy lives by having their rights protected and receiving full and equal respect and acceptance from all sectors of society, most especially families, communities and authorities. RoCK’s two main programs are organizing LGBTQ members in all 25 provinces and cities in Cambodia, and empowering the LGBTQ community to advocate for their rights and support from local authorities and the public.
RoCK is looking for a Cambodian national to fill a position of Coordinator to oversee, coordinate, and implement its programs with the support from the programming team and the Board of Directors. This position will suite a candidate with qualities indicated in the needed competencies and who has a willingness to professionally develop new skills and take on increasing responsibility as the organization grows.
