Due to the rapid expansion of the company we are currently looking for talented individual to fill the position of Deputy Finance and Accounting Manager to join our compassionate team.
♦ Candidate must be mature possessing following key qualifications:
♦ Post-Graduation preferably MFA, ACCA
Experience & Skills:
♦ Preferably 5-10 years of successful and verifiable post qualification experience in Finance, Accounting, General Administration and senior Management.
♦ Personnel with Multinational and International exposure would be given preference.
♦ Be able to work under pressure.
♦ Must be a good manager who is driven and proactive.
♦ Must be able to analyze and solve complex problems.
♦ Must have balance personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
♦ Must be able to work independently and part of team.
♦ To administer and monitor the financial system to ensure the finance is maintained.
♦ To ensure that the finance is applied with company’s rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and compliances with Cambodia Law.
♦ To manage company’s inventory.
♦ To administer payroll to ensure that employees are accurately and timely paid.
♦ To control company’s credit and cost.
♦ To prepare budget plan, forecasting and business plans.
♦ Able to do due diligent works
♦ Able to work various banks local and international for loan and LC.
♦ To assist Executive Director to respond to the auditor and prepare audits report.
