About the role: The Director Of Finance is a key member of the Senior Management Team. You will provide strategic leadership and financial and HR management to grow the organization.
- Major input in expanding our social business and implementing key initiatives to improve financial performance.
• Lead the Finance team and oversee all financial budgeting and reporting to ensure accurate information for decision making
• Direct the HR team to support over 120 team members ensuring increased capacity building to sustain growth
• Implement and monitor key internal controls to support growth and manage risk.
About you: You will be a strong leader who is results focused and hands-on in your approach to drive continuous improvement. You will have significant experience in financial management, strategy, innovation and a proven track record in increasing financial performance. No previous I/NGO experience necessary; commercial sector experience desirable.
