Initially established in 1996 as a project of International HIV/AIDS Alliance, KHANA started operating as an NGO in 1997 and was officially registered as a local NGO in 2000. Since then it has been operating as a linking organization of the International HIV/AIDS Alliance and is so far a leading non-governmental organization in Cambodia that has made outstanding contributions to the HIV response and other related emerging issues in the country. KHANA’s work has been made possible through support from USAID, the Global Fund to fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria, European Union.

We are now seeking qualified Cambodians national for the following vacancies:  
1. Database Developer

Key Responsibilities: The Post Holder is responsible as a central data person and administrator to manage Flagship’s database system. S/he will work under Flagship Objective 3 team and support Centre of Excellent (CoEs) in terms of developing, upgrading, and updating software and database applications and reporting system.
Specific responsibilities include: • Developing, documenting and implementing the Flagship innovations on strategic information and share the learning with KHANA’s staff, management team, CoEs and stakeholders.
Selection Criteria: • Bachelor’s Degree in IT or other similar academic disciplines • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in database management • Some knowledge in M&E and reporting  
2. KHANA Technical HUB Officer: Social Marketing

Key Responsibilities: The post holder is responsible for social marketing activities the KSE including, but not limited to, conducting market survey, drafting sale strategies , drafting product branding and identifying potential social business opportunity which could maximizing benefit to the program and to the beneficiaries KHANA is serving in the short and long-term.
Specific responsibilities include: • Using the Flagship project as a supporting platform, develop and implement KHANA Social Enterprise (KSE) action plan, branding and marketing strategies and other priorities to ensure quality service delivery and sustainability and promote the use of evidence based approaches to reduce the impact of HIV and AIDS
Selection Criteria: • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, specializing in marketing or other similar academic disciplines • Minimum 2 years of relevant experiences with private sector, or NGO in social marketing and sale activities.
